Description
During our hard times, we sometimes need a mantra to get us through, to help us take the next step toward healing and wholeness. This came to me on Croagh Patrick in Ireland, when I was on a pilgrimage, climbing this mountain in the pouring rain and driving wind. I took one step at a time to the top and back down, looking only five feet in front of me, and reciting this mantra each step of the way.
