You are complete, and worthy of all good things. You are loved because of who you are, not what you do, and when you finally relax into your beingness, and allow your essence to shine, you can step into the life you really want to live. I believe in you!
As crazy as it sounds, there is a gift mixed up in the struggles we have in our lives. As much as we would like our lives to be easy, it is really through the difficulties in our lives that we grow.
If you take the time to notice where you are, you can bring your body back to center, have more clarity around what you are doing, and live more fully in the moment.
It doesn’t matter where you are or what you are doing. What matters is how you are BEING with another person. Are you fully present, listening and engaged? That can make all the difference.
Prayer rocks are kept on my kitchen windowsill so I can remember to hold the people I love in thoughts, prayers and gratitude.
