Don’t bury your emotions by filling up your life with things and activities- feel your emotions and move through them.
Living in the present moment
If you take the time to notice where you are, you can bring your body back to center, have more clarity around what you are doing, and live more fully in the moment.
It doesn’t matter where you are or what you are doing. What matters is how you are BEING with another person. Are you fully present, listening and engaged? That can make all the difference.
Is a verbal “I love you ” the same as a written letter? Which holds more staying power over the years?
