Spring is Coming:
Tending the Growth of Ourselves
Please Join Us for an Evening of Self- Expression.
Wednesday, March 12th, 7:15-9:00 pm
Rishi’s Community Yoga
2730 S Wadsworth Blvd, Lakewood, CO 80227
Join Charmaine and Jan as they facilitate a meditative expressive journey toward self-love and appreciation. You will experience:
- Total Body Meditation-Listening to and recognizing the words of the body through the creation of a mandala- a circular design of your own choosing and colors. (No artistic ability needed!)
- Creating your own energized water to support your journey. (Water will be provided)
- Healing through Journaling- Through the imagery of a seed turning into a plant, we will walk through writing exercises designed to help you explore what you are growing or in what ways you are growing, what holds you back, and what needs to be nurtured inside of you.
Community is formed where people come together in friendship and good-will, and a willingness to be open to how Spirit shows up in your life.
Please join us and prepare for spring by aligning mind, body and spirit for growth.
Tending the Growth of Ourselves: $49 investment in you! Click here to register or email email@example.com
